The School is a two-storied building. It gives a very grand and glorious look with its big playfield and green gardens on either side of the building. The entire school is surrounded by a high boundary wall and has two entrances. The School is well equipped with a good library of rich books and a Computer Practical room. Qualified and competent teachers are there to dedicate themselves to achieving the mission of the school. It has nearly 600 students within the Pre-Primary and Primary Sections altogether. Finally, the school deserves a high appreciation from people for the great contribution it renders to the society it has been serving for years to come and go.

Essential Details of Vidyasagar Primary Child Education Centre:-
Vidyasagar Primary School started its journey in 2003 with only 22 children in the building of Vidyasagar High School, built in the natural and serene surroundings of developing village life. The objective was to establish a school for children from middle and low-income families in the area where the children would get better modern education in their mother tongue and also to give more importance to English language education so that they do not fall behind in any way compared to English medium students. Providing education along with dance, song, drawing, computer education, physical education, and scouting education for complete development of children’s mind, their moral and character development. We have been working tirelessly towards the goal that we have taken for child education.
Features of the Teaching Method of Vidyasagar Primary Child Education Centre:-
- Teaching through the mother tongue.
- Provision of English language education through textbooks equivalent to English medium in addition to that mother tongue and opportunity to learn spoken English.
- Sports, work education and exercise, etc. for the purpose of physical development along with the mental development of the child along with the curriculum and extracurricular subjects.
- Recitation, dance, computer, drawing, and moral society education system from the nursery level.
- With the aim of developing leadership, a sense of responsibility, and team cohesion among children, forming various projects, and arranging their implementation.
- Organizing ‘Guardian Conference’ and ‘Mother Conference’ in schools to discuss various pros and cons for appropriate development of the child.
- Educating children about national and international days of significance through celebrating those days
- Scouting opportunities in schools.
- Informing the students about the happenings around them by reading the weekly news on Saturdays. Giving an idea about the life and actions of those great men in the form of stories by reading the words and biographies of great men.
- With the goal of the mental and physical development of the students, there is a system of teaching dance, singing, recitation, and handicrafts with students every Saturday.
Educational Rules of Vidyasagar Primary Child Education Centre:-
- The time of teaching-learning is from 6.25 am to 9.55 pm. November-March 6.40- 10-00.
- No form of leave of absence from school will be granted without a written request.
- Attendance per academic year must be 75%. Otherwise, permission to attend the annual examination may not be given.
- No spitting or littering and no wastage of potable water in the school building.
- The parents will be informed of the monthly details of the subject practice, attention, and effort of the students of each class.
- Every student must obtain 40% as PassMark.
- The decision of the head teacher regarding pass-fail is final.
Admission Rules:-
- The date of submission of the admission application form will be intimated on the notice board of the school.
The following written information is required for admission from Nursery to Class V
Birth Certificate:–
- Birth Certificate issued by Municipality or Panchayat as per English calendar day, month, and year. The date of birth cannot be changed once registered.
- Admission age for Nursery should be 3+, for Lower KG- 4+, for Upper KG- 5+ and for Class 1 should be 6+ as on 1st January
- Carry 03 copies of stamp-size photos and 3 copies of passport photos taken with the guardian and a photocopy (Xerox) of the child’s Aadhaar Card.
- Previous class report cards. (Except Nursery)
- 1 Photocopy (Xerox) of voter or Aadhan card of parents.
Rules for submission of fees:-
- Fee submission time Mon – Sat 7.00-8.30 & 9.00-9.45 am. And the fee should be deposited by the 20th of every English month.
- In case of holidays, the fee can be submitted on the next working day.
- A total of 12 months of fees must be deposited.
- If 2 monthly fee is left, students will not be allowed to sit for the next exam.
- The bill book should be duly filled at the time of monthly payment.
- A 12-month transport vehicle must be taken from January to December. In case of leaving the transport vehicle for any reason, an application must be submitted three months in advance and an additional one-month fee must be deposited as a fine from the month of leaving the transport vehicle.
Dress details and rules:-
- For Boys: Normal cream shirt, bottle green half pants, black shoes, white socks, cream striped tie on the green, and a large handkerchief. And an orange t-shirt with a green border for Saturday.
- For Girls: Normal cream dress, bottle green skirt with cream border, black shoes, white socks, cream striped tie on the green, and a large handkerchief. And an orange t-shirt with a green border for Saturday.
- Bottle Green ‘V’ Neck Full Sleeve Sweater (Without Pattern) for both girls and boys
- Every Saturday students should come to school in the school uniform for Saturday. Girls wear green leggings during winter.
- Scout students will come dressed as ‘Scouts’ on Saturday.
- Dress should be clean, tidy, and simple.
- Do not come to school with nail polish, expensive jewelry, and excessive makeup.
- Chewing gum is not allowed in school. No food items can be brought in packets.
Application to the parents:–
-
- Send the students to school in the school uniform with the school logo at the specified time every day. Take home at the said time after school is closed.
- Vehicles will be provided for the transportation of students if required.
- In case of absence from school or leave before the scheduled time, the appropriate reason shall be written and signed in the specified place of the instruction.
- Ensure that homework is done regularly and completely.
- Send tiffin and water bottle with the child every day.
- Inspire good practices or reforms learned at school to follow at home.
- Please contact the school principal if you do not feel that the student is progressing as expected. (Any Saturday between 8 am and 9 am.)
- Do not send students to school if they are infected with communicable diseases.
- Send books and text materials only as per routine, don’t send money or valuables with students.
- Students cannot be visited during classes or examinations.
- Send the guideline book daily with the students and when they get home have a look at it.
- Write in the guideline book if you have any comments regarding the study. Your suggestions will be eagerly considered.
- It is advisable to show respect to the teachers and other staff of the school and speak politely to them.
- No unauthorized entry into the school after prayer has begun.
